Let me introduce myself. I am Lee A. Nettnin, sole proprietor of a successful remodeling business for over 14 years, with over 20 years of experience in the construction and remodeling industry. I have been involved in all aspects of home building, maintenance, repairs, and remodeling. I have installed windows, doors, roofing, flooring, electrical wiring, plumbing pipes and fixtures. I have built walls, entire rooms and decks.
As a result of this extensive experience, I am able and willing to offer you more than the basic home inspection experience. I can recognize a potential problem that you, or even other inspectors without this experience, might miss. I will gladly answer questions, explain how necessary repairs can be made and give you a good idea as to the approximate cost of those repairs.

That is why we provide a comprehensive full-color printed report with detailed pictures to serve as your guide, for as long as you own the home. It describes the various house components and their conditions and provides insight into what improvements and repairs will be necessary, and when. This information can be extremely useful, whether you are concerned about your health, deciding on a purchase price, making your home more marketable or budgeting your finances.
