Our fees for home inspections are as follows:

         Up to 2000 square feet                    $265.00

         2001-3000 square feet                    $295.00

         3001-4000 square feet                    $325.00

         Homes over 4000 square feet            Please contact us.

         Homes older than 1960            add   $  25.00

Additional home inspection services:

We can test your house for Radon gas levels and check for pest infestation. If you wish, you can request inspection for a single item only. We are also available to reinspect your home after repairs have been made to verify that they were made properly.

         Single Item Inspection                      $ 85.00

         Reinspection after repairs                  $ 95.00

         Radon 48 hour test                          $145.00

         Pest Inspection                               $ 80.00

Home Watch fees are custom formulated to conform to our customers' unique needs. We can quote a price over the phone or via email in most cases. We will be happy to meet with you in person at any time during the application process. A written contract with all specifications clearly outlined will be signed before services commence.
