Eagle Eye Inspections offers a very comprehensive home inspection.

We start outside with a macro view and then onto the micro view, moving counter-clockwise around the home, then clockwise. Next, we check the roof covering, chimneys, ventilation, plumbing vents, flashings, and any other componets on the roof. Following the roof inspection, we move inside. We start at the upper floor of the house and work our way down, checking components of each room, including structure, plumbing, heating, and electrical.

The entire inspection will last approximately three hours, as we inspect over 500 different items about the house and property. 

Our report is very detailed with color text and color pictures. Each picture will provide you with a visual depiction of the issue that is described in the report, making it easier to understand the nature of the problem.  

Our inspection is a visual inspection. Therefore, we can only report on items that are visible. Our inspections conform to the requirements outlined in our  Standards of Practice  (SOP).
